    Take a deep-dive into Qigong and Taijiquan. This class delivers a focused, progressive learning experience. You will learn Qigong practice and Taijiquan 'empty-hand' and weapons forms. Practice and Learn at your own pace. The program is a blend of practices that provides a unique and continuous learning experience.
